I've noticed that some users are moving some of the info that's in the traits section over to the issues section on software pages. An example: CUL (VOCALOID3).
The "issues" should be moved to traits, right?

needs to be updated with the new template.

Much, much better and less confusing.
This was the overall goal of the update, to make things a lot easier for editors/readers and it finally shows here on this page. :-3

Ok, I'm was thinking create a related guide talking about common or recurrent strenght/weakness among the different voicebanks. What do you think, guys?

I think we were going with the forums for that so everyone got a say on it. I just couldn't find the topics to re create them.

But with the forum up and running, just create a topic from a Vocaloid voicebank page or even this page and do whatever.

Added some conditions for removing VB Library sections, these are just a mock-up, feel free to talk about changes. As they are just examples, nothing more.
Yeah, noting this here after what happened when I did the same on the EOU notes page when people felt confused about why they were added... I'm working on sorting a few things about this one and this is pretty much it. :-/

I'm going to have to note the way the EOU's layout are currently set up... After today, I think it needs to be recorded.

Just noticed this is the worng [page... How did I end up here???
Edit:
I checked my page clicking, apparently I must have clicked on the tab while I wasn't paying attention and switched pages.
Don't ask how I did THAT. =_=

And about the breath?
If are Wav or [BR1] / [br2] ....

I have no idea about that, we've never really discussed this up until.
We should sort that some point, specifically BEFORE Vocaloid 4 comes out and changes everything once more. =_=
I think this will fall under "Engine issues" (no.9) right now and therefore likely to be handled by the software engine page rather then the vocaloid page, though without discussion it can't be 1000% certified.

More tweaks, how are things?

Looking good. Although one sentence in no.3 has me confused. It says "Vocaloid is one of the highest quality on occur for the same task." I assume that it's meant to say that "Vocaloid is one of the highest quality used for the same task." Am I right?

Oh right... Sorry... My bad, Dyslexica moment there.

It's all good. ^^ I'll go ahead and fix it.

Going to do one for the gallery and music sections too... The editors handbook wasn't work out since it was easily ignored, part of the things VO'ers noted during the arguments a few days was noted on that page, but they hadn't read it so its best this way for now. Maybe this will help in the long run? :-/
Edit Also reading that section I think I attempted to write "occusion" rather then "occur", the sentance makes no sense gramatically but thats the word I worked out I tried to put in there. :-/

That makes sense now, and like I said it's all good. Anyways, I think that it'll prove to be pretty helpful though there's no guarantee. It's yet another one of those "wait and see" situations. ^^;

Also, another thing worth being aware of is that as the number of vocaloids increase and the wikia grows this will divide editors attention to many other pages, focus may change away from older vocaloids and their voicebank sections to process the newer vocaloids. Therefore, like any other topic on the wikia they are subject to neglect and may need updating. A wikia is a community project, and therefore we encourage visitors to update sections the regular editors may have neglected if a change of opinion on a vocaloid occurs.
From the "about" section, there is something here that bugs me but I cannot for the life of me pin down the wrod nor sentance causing it.

The only thing I can think of is adding a "therefore" in front of the part about the focus changing over time. Other than that it seems just fine to me.
Edit: So instead of therefore I put a thus in its place. Reason being that having two sentences in a row start with therefore seemed tacky(?). :/

Yes it does sound tacky; "Also note" is another one I had trouble finding round in this page at points.
When I was first on the One Piece wikia the other editors loved this phrase and I tend to avoid using it because of their past abuse of this phrase. ^_^'

My only issue with "also note" is that it just sounds so odd to me, and I can't really say why. In cases like that I'd rather use phrases like "keep in mind" or "it's important to note/realize." They just sound better imo and can do the job just as well. ^^

I find it only really annoying if you have several sentances starting with it, that once is fine.
I guess it is because it feels so cliche or overused, such as the word "nice" can be the same.

Spell/gramma checker required, otherwise apart from opinions and suggestions this age is done.

I noticed thanks. :-)
I added a few more things I remembered since, may need further corrections.
Edit: No.8 needs tweaking to make more sense.
December 10, 2012 by Angel Emfrbl
Taboo6938
Already taken care of those, and I'll see what I can do about 8.
Edit: So what about this for 8: A vocaloid made for a specific language cannot be compared fairly to a vocaloid designed for a different language. Do not add such things to these sections. The one exception to this is that some vocaloids may possess multilingual capabilities. In instances such as these it is only allowed because sometimes the tone is known to change with pronunication in different languages.

I think anything is better then what I wrote, I failed horribly. ^_^'
Least you seemed to understand what it was meant to say either way. I was afriad it was different to grasp. Too difficult for someone to rewrite it.
Edit: I' have something to add I think to the end.

Taboo6938
It really isn't as bad as you think it is. I will admit that it took me a couple minutes to figure out what you were trying to say. Anyways, so long as people get the gist of what it says that's all that matters. Plus, if need be, they can always ask if they aren't sure. ^^
