Because KEI can be really bad at drawing and Act1 was some of his worst examples.
Most of his females are based on Miku, Luka or Rin... Plus 1 other female style he uses. He literally suffers from 1 face syndrome. The more you see his artwork, the more you see how he repeats features.
He is better at designing outfits tho.
