Nah nah it's okay lol
My first song is 나프탈렌 리카 or 노래못하는 민찟's element song by seeu but i was too young to know vocaloid so i think some thing wrong with 'Cu'
i think either triple baka or popipo was the first song I heard...? and it happened back in my middle school weeb era (so in 2011-2012), then I got into kagepro and after the mekaku city anime and in high school I kinda lost interest. I didn't "properly" get back into vocaloid until I started playing proseka
The classics fr
I think my first vocaloid song was "God's Foolish Joke" by Makiseru. It's an underrated song, but hey! It has 2.4 million views on Youtube!
My first song was ashite ashite ashite but I didnt realize it was vocaloid at the time.
More classics man i had senbonzakura and 39 music..
I was pretty big on those "animation memes" like 3 years ago, where it would be the looping animation to some catchy bit of music, so I definitely heard some vocaloid then. But I only really got into it through some Ghost and Pals songs, especially Amygdala's Ragdoll when I heard it in one of those aforementioned animations.
I started listening to TUYU around the same time, and I found them through one of Rachie's covers (specifically Compared Child.) Ironically, I'd heard of Rachie before and just somehow never put her and Vocaloid together in my head.
I originally was really only interested in English vocaloid, but I eventually decided that if Japanese vocaloid was so popular it had to be worth a bit of a try. Falling in love with TUYU also helped with this. Also, miku. I had seen her, I knew the name, and finally I came to love the voice and the community.
JP voclaoid songs have a sort of unique way of touching on tougher subjects that isn't prevalent in a lot of English speaking popular music, so it really hit home as I started going through some stuff about the same time as I started listening to vocaloid. On top of that, the approach to sadder music is so soooo different. I just loved the niche and stuck with it I guess.
Actually now that I think about it my first Vocaloid song was called Candy by GUMI
What do you think?
