Welcome to this world!! I can recommend to search songs list from project sekai and to listen some composers from there. I was doing this when i came here =)
(P.s. project sekai is a game, where there are many many popular vocaloid songs. With cover by pjsk or not, it doesn't matter, u just search composers on YouTube and enjoy the good music)

If you like artists similar to Lamaze-P I recommend two producers called Owata-P and Wonderful Opportunity, they make songs with multiple Vocaloids other than Miku. :D

Hello!! I'm a fan of the producer PEPOYO! her songs are pretty dark but she mainly uses Miku and she also uses VY1 and sometimes her UTAU Poyoroid!! one thing to note is that she usually doesn't feature the vocal synths in the MVs she makes, and she usually features her OCs. She makes really good music though, I'd reccomended her if you like darker music with upbeat melodies, relatable lyrics, fire instrumentals, and amazing MVs with cute characters!!!

i like obscure utauloids and fanloids (and i listen to some songs that use said obscure utauloids)
i wouldnt say the songs i like are "beginner-friendly", you should probably listen to everyone else's song recs
