I like the idea of Cyman/Simon. Maybe that'll be the fan nickname like Yuuma and Mizki for VY1 and VY2.
Also, for some reason, he really doesn't feel like a VY character. I don't know why, but if he's VY4, that's going to take a while to get used to. He doesn't seem like something Yamaha would support or make as a Vocaloid in their character series.
Found a SoundCloud link with two official demos, though it's probably in the links above: [1]
I've been absent from this thread for a long time so I guess I'm undead for Halloween?
I like JubyPhonic, JoyDreamer, and rachie.
But if I can include singers that don't do English dubs, then I'd like to add Kano, Reol, and all of the singers in this hilarious parody of 1, 2 Fanclub.

My UTAU samples are in .wav, .llsm, .frq, .frt, and .aup (because I recorded them in Audacity) files (plus one sample has a .uspec file but only that one recording) and IDK why they are in so many file types. I think the .frq files are the frequency map files, which should be there normally. I think either or both of the .frt and .llsm files may have been created by one or more of the resamplers I use.
I spent like an hour last night looking for a personal message option but I couldn't find any. If you do know of a way to send a personal message on here that I missed or overlooked then I'd appreciate it if you'd point me in the right direction. ^^
I took another look at it, and only some of my files have the .frt files (and the .frqs, apparently). I only use one resampler, so I think this might have happened because I was playing notes that were below A#3 (the pitch I recorded in). Also, four recording sessions is probably better than over fifteen (or whatever number of recording sessions I did). CV problems are annoying.
There is a personal message method in Chat, but Chat isn't enabled here. There's a lot of other wikis that have it enabled, though (I know one that basically never has anyone in Chat anyway).
That moment when your UTAU's frq files suddenly become frt files.
Yeeeeeah, I think I'm terrible at UTAUs.
@Johatsun Kikuro: The User Talk pages are public and therefore aren't always the best for personal messaging. I think there's a PM option in Chat?
This is probably not the answer you're looking for, but I can't exactly help out with the bank itself. I'm currently finishing mine, which is probably a lot worse quality, and I'd rather not use any of my personal contacts for this, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. But if you have any questions, I can try to help with that (and this wiki's community might be able to help better).
Good luck with your UTAU and testing it, though!

i want someone to actually buy it and see what happens.
So do I. If I had the money for that, I'd probably buy it. Imagine if it's a ripoff and it's not actually LOLA. What if it's another Vocaloid?

That amount of money though. That's a lot of money.

The software's name is Sharpkey; it is free and the creator plans to allow people to create their own voicebanks.
So kinda like a Chinese version of UTAU?
But I thought UTAU supported Chinese voicebanks (VCV)? Eh, maybe this will be a better way of creating Chinese voicebanks compared to making one on a software originally meant for Japanese.

I really want to download them now. I was looking for Chinese UTAUs the other day! Thanks for posting the link.

Akiko-loid and Rune were also private and their results are positive.
I can only come up with two reasons for that (although Angel Emfrbl mentioned one of them already). It's still a bit sad either way, and especially since they tried their best with Ueki-loid. They didn't have his voicer available to record the sounds.
However, I'm assuming most people don't actually care about that at all, so...

You are a very talented artist. It looks really good so far!
Edit: This is a bit related. I might've read this wrong, but it looks like there's some sort of original song contest for Una! Gotta get that voicebank
I figured Una would be a good first Vocaloid to have, but apparently yen -> US dollars is a problem. It's also hard when you don't know how to explain Vocaloid to friends or family.
Oh, so that's what it is. That's cool! Thanks for explaining it!
@12.87.13.10: I associate her with that as well because of that "Luka can't speak English" video or whatever it was called.
@Angel Emfrbl: That's true. However, it's still fun to suggest ideas (all item wars aside). Also, what's a headcanon??
That's the same problem I have. I'm perfectly okay with a single, more-well known, and long-running sort of unofficial mascot. I'm not okay with the ways part of the fandom (especially newer fans) handle this. Miku is not the only Vocaloid, and she isn't the best one in everyone's opinion. This is why I don't interact with a good part of this fandom (no offense to anyone, I'm mostly talking about the tumblr area) and also why I pretend that Google Trends is always accurate.
I'll stop the rant here ^^"

You can't search "IA" by itself, its needs more to it otherwise it looks for general IA terms.
This is more accurate. You can also swap "Gumi Vocaloid" for "Gumi Megpoid"
Yeah, that's why I wish the Vocaloids themselves had popularity like that. I know just searching "IA" won't really do anything ^^"

Looks like there's a lot of new stuff going on right now. Tianyi V4 is something I'm really looking forward to, so hopefully that goes well.
The Alter/Ego Wiki looks pretty good! It looks like the other wikis to a certain extent, but it's also unique. That's a good thing.
Going slightly off-topic again, but Miku was apparently in 13-sai no Hello Work DS. I don't understand her relation to that show/game/whatever, but oh well?
