<p>I've looked through a few websites that I've thought I could buy Xingchen, but I couldn't find her. Or actually, I'm not sure where you can buy any of the Chinese VOCALOIDs besides Xin Hua (she's on YAHAMA's site).  </p>

<p>I've been wondering about this, since IA is a VOCAOID and ONE is a part of CeVio, yet they are both part of the Aria of the Planetes. Is there a reason behind this? </p>
