"Okusuri Nonde Neyou" is an original chiptune, electro drug song produced by Mochiutsune, featuring Hatsune Miku. It was released as a participating work on The VOCALOID Collection 2022 Autumn, resulting in a ranking at No.15 in the Rookie section.[1] This is their most popular work, currently exceeding 11 million views on YouTube and has entered the Hall of Legend.
The song was mostly theorized to be about a tired girl who is living a lonely, mundane life, their only happiness is nothing but "sleep" and taking medicine.
