Abnormality Dancin' Girl is a Digital Rock, J-Rock, Pop Punk, Alternative Dance, Yakousei (Night-Loving Scene) song composed by Guchiry featuring flower. The original version of this song was initally sung by IA. However, IA's version is exclusive to the album Kamigami no Hakoniwa (Gods' Miniature Garden).
This song is about a girl named Mene. Mene is unhappy with her average grades. When Mene sees her classmate Miya get perfect grades seemingly without trying, she thinks that this type of perfection is abnormal and tries to become more like her. Mene tries to act more like Miya and tries even harder to become "Abnormal", and gets to the point of envy where she falls in love Miya, realizing it during the dream sequence. But then Mene realizes that she'll never be with/like Miya. Mene finally snaps, and becomes a butterfly, a metaphor in the song for committing suicide. Her death is reflected earlier on in the PV where a vase of flowers is sitting on her desk, a common tradition in Japan when a student has passed away.
While the song and music video heavily imply that Mene is dead, Guchiry has not confirmed this, so Mene's fate remains unknown.
This song has entered the Hall of Fame, and has reached over 10 million views on YouTube and over 4 million on bilibili. Thus, it is Guchiry's most notable song, and one of flower's most notable songs.
