Last Message was a song made to commemorate the passing of fellow VOCALOID producer wowaka, who passed away due to heart failure on April 5, 2019. The song was written to sound like a song wowaka would make, and the lyrics includes references to his songs, such as Rolling Girl and World's End Dancehall. The video's image is a reference to Wowaka's song Unknown Mother-Goose.
The song itself is about Miku realizing that wowaka passed away, attempting to recover from it and send him one last song as a message.
The song reached 1 Million views on YouTube and entered the Hall of Fame.
