Background[]

"Qīchóng Gù Bìng" is an original song by DELA, Sovietsy, and Yu Li featuring Luo Tianyi, YANHE, and Yuezheng Ling. It is the seventh song of the Paranoia Series.

“Somatic Delusion

Without any basis, the patient strongly believes that they have been afflicted by a severe bodily illness or an incurable disease, to the point of seeking medical help. Their belief persists even despite a series of detailed examinations and repeated medical inspections that prove otherwise. This is referred to as somatic delusion.

In the case of severe somatic delusion, the patient believes that "they no longer exist, and what's left of their body is an empty shell", also referred to as nihilistic delusion.”

Upon understanding the truth, Ling Luo (played by Luo Tianyi) runs towards the Fifth Sound High School, finally reaching the rooftop, and it was then that she remembers the scene of Ling Yu's (played by Yuezheng Ling) fall to her death. Seizing the subconscious, the stalker (played by YANHE) proceeds to pierce through her, doing so in order to have Ling Luo forget about Ling Yu and so that she will sink deep into her world of delusion. However, the subconscious ultimately only causes the two to return to the world's end. The delusional world teeters on the brink of collapse, and Ling Luo prepares herself with a lonely awaking.

All the opposing characters have perished, while all the lies have been exposed. The story starts to move towards its final act.

The song reached 1 million views on July 7, 2019.
