Background[]
"Wànhuá Yī Huì" is an official E.P. featuring Luo Tianyi's VOCALOID and ACE Virtual Singer Beta libraries. It was made for her character birthday and 11th anniversary, and is her ninth official solo compilation.
Plans for the E.P. were revealed on June 27, 2023. Vsinger announced that they would be selecting three original songs that were uploaded and participated in the "洛天依11周年生日快乐#" (#Luo Tianyi's 11th Anniversary Happy Birthday#) tags. These songs would be included in the E.P. along with their own official birthday song submission. Original songs that were submitted between the announcement date and July 30 were eligible to be picked, though rules and regulations were applied. The selected songs may be improved upon or adapted into a remix or remaster depending on the wishes of the original producers.[1] The final release featured a selection of four originals instead of three.[2]
