"Rén'ǒu Shī·Déyì zhī Zuò" is an original song by JUSF featuring Luo Tianyi and YANHE.
The song tells the story of a man (YANHE) attempting to create the perfect puppet (Luo Tianyi) or what he refers to as "his finest creation". He puts much time into creating it, swearing that people would enjoy his work. As the puppet is described to have a body like a normal human, such as hands that could play the piano or eyes that could see through mist, the puppet master disagrees and hacks these pieces off, looking for things that are "not right" about his puppet and tries to make it as "perfect" as possible.
As the song continues on, he keeps trying to adjust the puppet. The more "flaws" he notices, the more he cuts, making his creation bleed and appear disturbing. He also mentions that "its voice is too beautiful" and "its heartbeat is too loud" suggesting that the puppet was a real human and he was killing them, mangling their body. In the final chorus, it is revealed that the puppet truly was a real human girl as the puppeteer changed from using "it" (它 tā) to "she" or "her" (她 tā) and described her body as tangled and rotted. It was revealed that the puppet was, in fact, his daughter, since at the end of the PV, there was a photograph of the girl (when she was a small child) and a happy puppeteer, and the use of the word "love" appearing numerous times in the lyrics.
The song could also be a metaphor for a typical Asian family issue. Asian parents tend to try to "shape" their children into something they could be proud of and manipulate them as a "puppet" in order to appeal to and please society.
This song exceeded 100,000 views on bilibili.
