"Dà Shídài" is an original song by ilem featuring Xin Hua and Yuezheng Ling. In this song they lament about how in the modern era, it's difficult to tell who and what is good or bad, right or wrong, and how everything is moving so fast people can barely catch up. One segment of the song includes government censorship/propaganda in the news channels, stating that what goes on makes people laugh before including the line, "別緊張只是開個小玩笑" which means, "Don't work yourself up, we're just joking."
The actual message of the song is actually how 'music' is the greatest era because music makes people's hearts beat and brings people together, which is the message in the chorus of the song.
The original upload was removed due to sensitive political material within the PV, but was restored shortly after.
This song exceeded 1 million views on December 31, 2020.
