Background

“It’s true, you’re to blame
Just look at me and me only.”

"Shoujorei" is an original song by Mikito-P featuring Hatsune Miku. This song is based on 1994 Japanese TV series Ningen Shikkaku.

A common interpretation of the song is that it's about the ghost of a bullied girl who committed suicide that takes revenge on one of the perpetrators by luring her into doing the same.

The cover art seems to be based on a real location which is a railroad crossing on San'in line near Orii Station in Japan.

This song has entered the Hall of Legend and surpassed over 20 million views, making it one of Mikito-P’s most notable songs.
