Background[]

This is Sheeno Mirin.

"Shicchatta" also notably known the name as "I Found It Out" is a EDM, poemloid song featuring KAFU and two Yuzuki Yukari voicebanks, VOCALOID and A.I. VOICE. It was released as an entry for two certain events such as The VOCALOID Collection 2022 Autumn and Niconico Video Awards 2022. Despite not highly ranked the NicoNico Awards, somewhere in the VOCALOID Collection it was ranked as 3rd place on the top 100.[note 1]

This song may not be Mirin's first work that ever entered the Hall of Fame but this song was also becoming Sheeno Mirin's most viewed work and also their first work of acheiving 1 million views on YouTube as of May 2024.

  1. Notice that Mirin engages in an interesting wordplay here, where some numbers appear in the lyrics: 一 (one) in 一義 (one message), 二 (two) in 二項 (two topics), 三 (three) in 三寸の舌 (a three-inch tongue; a glib tongue)…… and presumably 死 in 死んだ (dead), whose pronunciation is the same as that of 四 (four). I tried doing that kind of play-on-words in the translation as well, though I’m totally not sure if it worked. (For your information, some people also argue that 誤謬 (fallacy) was also meant to have 誤, which is pronounced similarly to 五 (five), but uh, come on…)
