19's Sound Factory, often shortened to 19 -iku-, and who also goes by the name Sweets(lol)P (スイーツ(笑)P), is a VOCALOID producer and composer who mainly creates rock songs and ballads. One of his works based on the time signal of Nico Nico Douga has been used as the real one. He is most famous for his song "Dear" which has been featured in several concerts and games.

He was born on November 7, 1985.
