Background[]
"DIARRHEA" is the debut studio album by Utsu-P. All songs are sung by Hatsune Miku and focuses on the Rock and Metal genres. There are 14 tracks on the physical release and 13 tracks on the digital re-release. KARENT's release skips track 6 and the Bandcamp release does not include track 14. Songs such as "Corpse Attack!!", "Psychokinesis" and "DIARRHEA" are featured. Some of the tracks are updated versions of previously released songs. The album was first distributed at THE VOC@LOID M@STER 10.
