“When I created the lyrics, I drew inspiration off of the time when I was 13 and extremely ill with depression. During that time, I had great trouble sleeping (night terrors), so my doctor prescribed me a medicine that was supposed to help me sleep. It took a while for the medicine to actually work on me, resulting in some....very very trippy moments XD.”
