- Description: Crypton Future Media's twelfth edition of its annual "Magical Mirai" series. This combined third-dimensional live concert and exhibition event makes its debut in the Fukuoka prefecture at Fukuoka Sunpalace and FUKUOKA CONVENTION CENTER in Hakata-ku, Fukuoka from August 17 to 18, 2024, alongside returning to Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall in Chiba, Tokyo from August 30 to September 1, 2024 and INTEX Osaka in Suminoe, Osaka from October 12 to 14, 2024. The theme for the event is "Fan Fun Trip". The event's main key visual, as well as the costume design, is illustrated by tama, and the official theme song of the event, "Antenna 39", was produced by Hiiragi Magnetite.

Welcome to Hatsune Miku "Magical Mirai 2024"!
Hatsune Miku "Magical Mirai" is a combined event of 3DCG live concert of virtual singers such as Hatsune Miku, and an exhibition where you will be able to experience the creative culture surrounding Hatsune Miku. Enjoy creating; seeing artworks; supporting creators; meeting friends who like the same character, artwork, creator; and learning about new technologies or collaborations, etc. By making Hatsune Miku and her friends a creative hub, we are hoping to make space for people to gather and have fun tied together with the keyword “creativity”.
Hatsune Miku will be joined by Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, Megurine Luka, MEIKO, and KAITO at the event.
The 12th year of Magical Mirai will be held in Osaka and Tokyo.
The theme of this event is "FAN FUN TRIP". Let's enjoy creating the future of creativity together!
Song Contest[]
Crypton Future Media's annual song contest for the event was held from December 1, 2023 to February 2, 2024 for fans and producers, where they could create a song featuring any of the piapro characters for the opportunity to win a prize in the Magical Mirai Song Contest. The winner of the top prize, the Grand Prix, would have their song performed live at the event, earn two free tickets to the show of their choice, an assortment of event-related goods, a free choice of one software of the piapro characters, and a ¥100,000 gift card for SONICWIRE. Runners-ups would receive a free choice of one software of the piapro characters and a ¥30,000 gift card for SONICWIRE.
The Grand Prize-winning song was later announced to be "SUPERHERO", produced by Mellowcle. This song features the vocals of Kagamine Len, making it the first Grand Prize-winning song of the Magical Mirai Song Contest to be performed by a piapro character other than Hatsune Miku.

Trivia[]
- This event marks the first time that all Piapro Characters took part in the band member introduction, rather than just Miku.
- "When First Love Ends" makes its Magical Mirai debut with this concert, as well as its first live appearance in over 11 years, featuring a new choreography and Miku wearing her Powder module from the Project DIVA series.
- Other previously performed songs making their Magical Mirai debut include "letter song" and "Nova".
