- Description: Presented by Crypton Future Media and SEGA in association with the Japanese branch of the beauty care product brand LUX, Hatsune Miku Symphony 2016 is a live concert event that took place at the Tokyo International Forum on August 26, 2016. The concert aimed to bring VOCALOID songs to life through the form of them being played by a full-scale live orchestra, which in this case was the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, widely regarded as the oldest classical orchestra in Japan, conducted by Hirofumi Kurita. Asami Shimoda, the voice provider for Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len, and 40mP also made special guest appearances at the concert. Its official theme song is entitled "Mirai Jokyoku", written, composed and arranged by Mitchie M. While the concert is not available on Blu-ray or DVD, a live audio recording was given a CD release on November 9, 2016.
