The characters of Heisei Project; illust. by Nanase
Heisei Project (ヘイセイプロジェクト) is an on-going series of songs by Zips. Not-116 (Iimu) is in charge of the video, Kairiki Bear for the mixing and Nachuki for the bass.[1] Nanase is in chare of the illustration; nevertheless, the videos have been illustrated by various illustrators.
As od December 2013, the album Jidai Kaisei Dominant as released as part of the Heisei Project.
A hidden war between the pacifist organization, "Heisei Snipers", and the mysterious organization, "Dominant".
Year 20XX: a period with not one discomfort had arrived, and each person lived together comfortably. On the other hand, crimes such as robbery and murders ran rampant.
Although the balance of peace was preserved by eliminating hatred, one day, the world was covered in darkness, and each and every person became a delinquent.
Within the world where both conspiracies swirl, the "story" unfolds.
Tokido Haku (時戸 白) is commanding officer of the pacifist organization, "Heisei Snipers". She is a family lineage of magi.
Her younger brother was kidnapped when they were children, so she conducts their activities while searching for him.
Mitsuoka Akari

Mitsuoka Akari (光岡 朱里) is a member of the pacifist organization, "Heisei Snipers".
She is Haku's close friend.
Her true identity is Kureha from "Dominant'. (This was deleted from the Nico page afterwards)

Kamise Kyou (上瀬 京) is a member of the pacifist organization, "Heisei Snipers" and a juvenile delinquent. But his true nature is diligent and kind.
He confessed to Akari, but suffered an honorable defeat.
Amemiya Lislette

Amemiya Lislette (雨宮 リズリット) is a member of the pacifist organization, "Heisei Snipers". She has a helpful, graceful personality.
She is secretly in love with Haku.
Kuroda Sana

Kuroda Sana (黒田 紗那) is a member of the pacifist organization, "Heisei Snipers".
Although he is a member, he usually takes different actions, as he is very prideful.
Yuzuki Fuyuto

Yuzuki Fuyuto (柚希 冬兎) is the youngest member of the pacifist organization, "Heisei Snipers".
While wandering on the road, he was found by Haku and joined the "Heisei Snipers".
He used to have a cat, Nyanneko, who now is the "Heisei Snipers" mascot-like character.

Kureha

Kureha (クレハ) is the only female member within the mysterious organization, "Dominant". Her true identity was revealed to be Akari from the "Heisei Snipers'. This fact was later removed from the Nico page.
She can abuse magic using dark magic at Mikage's orders.
Kagura

Kagura (カグラ) is a member of the mysterious organization, "Dominant".
He Looks like a woman, but is actually a man.
Toki

Toki (トキ) is a member of the mysterious organization, "Dominant".
He was scouted by Mikage for being a internationally-wanted level terrorist.
Diesel

He was sentenced to death for indiscriminate murder, but was rescued by Mikage.
