Hibiki Koto (花響 琴) is a Japanese VOCALOID developed and distributed by Internet Co., Ltd., and released for the VOCALOID6 engine in April 2024.

Her voice is provided by the Japanese singer Leon Tachibana (立花れおん, Tachibana Reon). Leon Tachibana is a self proclaimed "Wonderland Entertainer" (ワンダーランドエンターテイナー) and has won numerous awards, including first place in the 24th Japan Popular Music Festival National Competition and the King Records Song Championship.

On October 1, 2024, Internet Co., Ltd. announced development of a new voice database for Hibiki Koto for Synthesizer V Studio. The voice database is expected to release October 30.
