Background

This is an older song and my first attempt at a chiptunes thing. As you can see...it isn't stellar. But to be completely honest, I still like this one.

"Inauspicious Radio Hosts Broadcast Through White Noise" is an original song by ClΔckworkSinger featuring BIG AL and Tonio.

This song, along with the instrumentals, is featured in ClΔckworkSinger's album, Monster Like Me.

Lyrics

Coming in throught the static is a white, white noise
And through all the snow you can hear the people cry
Coming out of the speaker is a deep, deep red
That is flowing down; is it time to go back home?

The host announces a special date
A get-together for the nouveriche
The well-off people go to their party
And are never heard from again

An announcer calls out the winner's name
What they have won is still up for debate
The suave voice tells them to go to this place
And they're never heard from again

Maniacal laughter echoes out
They don't know what they are up against
The radio crackles and people swear
That they heard someone call their name

Coming in throught the static is a white, white noise
And through all the snow you can hear the people cry
Coming out of the speaker is a deep, deep red
That is flowing down; is it time to go back home?

(Today we call upon the precious few
That dying breed who listens to our shows
We need your help, that's right, we need you
To bring our audience to us)

(There has been some rumours of vanishing
People leaving without telling someone
Some nasty officials have accused us
But, you know, we are not to blame)

(My joyous laughter echoes out
They don't know what they are talking bout
The radio crackles and people know
That I called out to them by name)

Coming in through the static is a white, white noise
And through all the snow you can hear the people cry
Coming out of the speaker is a deep, deep red
That is flowing down; is it time to go back home?

Coming in through the static is a white, white noise
And through all the snow you can hear the people cry
Coming out of the speaker is a deep, deep red
That is flowing down; is it time to go back home?

Coming in through the static someone calls my name
(And through all the snow you can hear me beckon you)
Coming out of the speaker is a lulling tone
(I am calling out: it is time to come back home.)
