Kazu-P (源屋P) or minamotoya is the creator who was inspired by "the copyright trouble" and tried "to speak for Miku."

The copyright trouble is that Dwango Music Publishing Inc., related company to Nico Nico Douga, registered "Miku Miku ni Shite Ageru" on JASRAC without full agreement of its creator ika and Crypton Future Media, Inc. In addition, Dwango used the name "Miku Hatsune" without permission of Crypton. This third party's conduct and the following dishonest steps brought the ire and confusion of many fans and other creators. This problem has been settled by both parties (Crypton & Dwango).
