Two contests, organized in collaboration with piapro, were held in conjuction with the concert.
The MK15th project Memorial Song Recruitment let piapro users submit songs featuring MEIKO and/or KAITO to be played during the memorial slideshow portion of the livestream. The three winning songs were later announced to be Madoi's "Haruka", Mujao's "Akairo no Hare Butai", and Ⅳ△Ⅴ's "Aoi Muffler".

MK15th project MEIKO & KAITO Online Concert was very well received by both new and long-time fans of the duo, with over 8,000 viewers globally tuning in to watch the concert. Some fans on social media have felt that the concert was needed, especially since MEIKO and KAITO are generally viewed as the least popular of the Piapro Characters.
Trivia[]
- MK15th project MEIKO & KAITO Online Concert marks the concert debut of Tsugai Kogarashi. Additionally, the 2019 remaster of the song was performed instead of the original version.
- Change Me -2015 Mix- was performed instead of the original version.
- This is the second concert featuring the Piapro Characters to not feature Hatsune Miku, the first being Kagamine Rin & Len Happy 14th Birthday Party 「Two You☆★」. Additionally, this is the first concert in which MEIKO and KAITO perform independently from the other Piapro Characters, and the first dedicated specifically to the duo.
- This is the first full Crypton-related concert to be made permanently available to watch globally.[1]
