Background
mikuru396's first VOCALOID work and most popular song. "melody..." is a trance-genre song about Miku's gratitude to her VOCALOID users for giving her a song to sing, and how she wants to move people with her song. There are two versions of the song, the second one adding more depth to the original. The song became popular due to the 3D PV released by Ussy-P and Kio that has reached more than a million views.
"melody..." is featured on the albums Hatsune Miku Best ～memories～ and Hatsune Miku -Project DIVA- extend Complete Collection.
In July 2012, mikuru396 made a reply song, "Re:", which also has entered into the Hall of Fame.
