Ryuusei-P (流星P), also known as minato (みなと) or Minato Takahiro (湊貴大), is a producer and the alias of the Nico Nico singer, Tourai. There are many videos which he sings himself. His Vocaloid videos are generally as popular as the videos that he sings; he is a relatively popular utaite.
He has earned the title "Legendary Luka Master" from the song "RIP=RELEASE".
