Background

Nyan Cat is a compilation album by EXIT TUNES and is daniwellP's first major album. It contains 22 tracks, sung mainly by Hatsune Miku, but also the UTAU Momone Momo. Notable songs such as "Nyanyanyanyanyanyanya!" (both Miku and Momo's versions), "ねこみみスイッチ (Nekomimi Switch)", and Kuchibashi-P's "コトバトラボラト (Kotobatoraborato)" are featured. The album makes multiple references to the internet meme Nyan Cat, which uses Momo's version of "Nyanyanyanyanyanyanya!" (retitled "Nyan Cat" on the album to differentiate between her version and Miku's).

"Kotobatoraborato -album remix ver.-" is a bonus track.
