Pandolist-P (パンドリストＰ) a.k.a. Minatsuki Tooka (ミナツキトーカ) is originally a guitarist and a violinist. He also has a gift for painting and often draws pictures for his own videos by himself.
He has produced many risky, dubious works and many of those dangerous works which some may feel blasphemous have rarely been reprinted on YouTube. His list of works on NicoNicoDouga is called Pandora's box, in which much troublesome stuff is contained. Of course he can produce the serious works. Particularly after 2009, he has hardly produced such dangerous songs. He is a versatile producer.
