Rella, also known as Rellakinoko, Mogu (蘑菇), and Bu Anding (不安定), is a Chinese illustrator who created artwork for various VOCALOID producers. Her art is characterized by the fresh and casual style with different shades of colors. Her works typically lean more toward the Japanese style.

Rella was born on December 2, 1994 in Shenzhen, Guangdong. She graduated from the Fashion Design apartment of The Academy of Arts and Design, Tsinghua University. She currently resides in Japan. She's been active since 2012. She is the illustrator for Miku Symphony 2018-2019, 2020 ~5th Anniversary~, and 2021's visuals. She also worked with iXima on the official illustration of Hatsune Miku NT.
