Vocaloid Wiki

Is this fine[]

I'm not sure what Bunai is doing with fanmades. Is this page fine to exist? I don't mean to intrude at all and I'm going to do ntohing else with this page. There is, however, a need to explain this one term a little bit more as its not something I have found explaining to others easy for them to understand. :-/ One-Winged Hawk 12:23, February 18, 2012 (UTC)

Hmm, maybe Vocaloid Derivative to make it more obvious. I can take some tips from the Japanese Nicopedia which is basically about fanmades. -- Bunai82 (talk) 13:12, February 18, 2012 (UTC) edit or maybe merge it into the Fanmade page? Or turn this into a glossary page?-- Bunai82 (talk) 13:13, February 18, 2012 (UTC)
Don't know, I sort of realised I needed this page a few days ago when I wrote the Good smile racing and Sthat winter festival pages and added the Snow and Racing Mikus. Since "derivates" isn't ness. unoffical fanmades, it warrenting existing. However, I got this far and reemmbered you were dong something with fanmades. So I stopped to get feed back. And this is only how far I got. However, I will note I can't get the Nico stuff so go ahead.
"Fanmades" however, I seperated because its very open, so merging isn't ness. the best route from here. One-Winged Hawk 13:57, February 18, 2012 (UTC)
ah, I see. Then it does work best without 'Vocaloid'. Although they (Japan fandom) view Yuki Miku as a Vocaloid derivative due to it being... well Miku lol, she isn't a fanmade, just an alternate appearance.-- Bunai82 (talk) 21:21, February 18, 2012 (UTC)
what I said... Or tried to say.. Is this isn't a page on fanmades as such. hence why the two wouldn't merge that well together if we did that. I had trouble explaining this page. Yes its Miku... CFM classify it as a derivative though. So ti can not be Miku too. It gets really complex. O.o One-Winged Hawk 22:55, February 18, 2012 (UTC)
